We are currently seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to assist staff in support of our vocational training program. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Provide individualized services as written in each Individual's Habilitation Plan
• Monitor responses to services & progress towards Goals & Valued Outcomes
• Plan and run appropriate groups and activities to meet funding source requirements
• Teach skills, provide oversight, and monitor safety in the facility and off site including on mobility training and volunteer sites
• Monitor Individual's behaviors and intervene as appropriate
• Work as part of a team to ensure Individual's receive seamless service provision & a variety of appropriate activities throughout the day
• Collect and record data from assigned sites & activities
• Travel required
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (GED acceptable), in addition to excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate should have high energy and like to work in the field.
