Applications and Reporting Analyst

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an Applications and Reporting Analyst. This position will be directly involved with the agency's implementation of a new Electronic Medical Record and Billing system. Eliot is a Microsoft shop with a new data center, including virtualized servers and SAN. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a stable and growing human services agency.
Responsibilities:
• Provide applications and reporting support including triage and resolution/completion of software applications issues, reporting requests and Electronic Forms Management requests and issues
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing solutions and workflow
• Participate in the identification, assessment and recommendations for third party software application packages, assist in their implementation and support the user base after deployment
• Participate with IT staff and program staff to test, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of software and reporting applications that are supported by the ECHS IT staff
• Work with IT staff and assist program staff to generate, analyze and distribute data reports based on end user specifications
• Develop and generate reports as needed to meet clinical and programmatic needs of end user and IT requirements
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, flexible depending on projects/assignments
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years experience in the information technology field, with a focus on applications and/or reporting support. Provider-based healthcare experience preferred. Experience with installing and supporting software applications, including electronic medical record and healthcare billing (UNI/CARE preferred), financial and human resources applications, office productivity software; and using reporting applications, Crystal Reports and SQL preferred. The ability to interact with the end-user community to facilitate functional and technical analysis, application operations and/or design, report generation as well as provide applications and reporting support using a help desk solution.
