Reconciliation has been used on numerous occasions to pass health related legislation, including Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Medicare benefits for HMOs, and Protections 4 patients in nursing homes. So what are we waiting for? PASS PUBLIC OPTION through RECONCILIATION.
