THE PRISONERS WHO HAVE LIFE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE ARE THE ONES THAT NEED THE CONJUGAL VISITS THE MOST. THAT WOULD KEEP THE INTERNAL VIOLENCE DOWN ESPECIALLY THE SEXUAL ASSAULTS THAT OCCUR IN THE PRISON DUE TO THE FACT THAT LIFERS CANNOT HAVE CONJUGAL VISITS.  WE NEED 1 MILLION SIGNATURES IN ORDER FOR THIS TO CHANGE.
