Summary Walnut Street Center is looking for qualified Per Diem Community Support Professionals to work directly with adults with special needs in one of our many residential sites in the Somerville, Cambridge, and Arlington areas.

Responsibilities:
 Skill development and community integration
 Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs
 Behavioral interventions
 Participating in the development of ISP objectives and documenting consumer progress
 Medication Administration

Requirements:

 High School Diploma or equivalent required
 Strong verbal and written communication skills required
 Previous human services or long term care experience strongly preferred
 Ability to work in a team environment required
 Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
 Previous behavioral experience strongly preferred
 Experience with any or all of the following: CNA/HHA, Autism, DD, Elder Care, End of life care
